Fortunately there are techniques you can learn for reducing stress throughout the day.  I can offer different techniques depending upon whether you prefer to be sitting down or lying down.  Initially, I can guide you through a full body relaxation during a session. I can also offer you deep breathing exercises to calm your central nervous system.  After we have practiced these together I can provide you with a recording that you can use at home.  Eventually you will be able to practice these relaxation techniques on your own in whatever setting you find yourself stressed.
